Aston Offers many opportunities for those wishing to move from full-time teaching posts into training or managerial positions. People with Aston teaching experience are eligible to apply for a multitude of positions within the company. Typically, teachers move into Assistant Manager or Teacher Trainer positions to make full use of the skills they have developed as teachers. An Assistant Manager's duties include supervising foreign teachers, observing classes, conducting teacher workshops, conducting placement interviews for students (both children and adults), improving teaching resources, developing curricula, teaching, and doing ongoing marketing and sales promotions on behalf of the school.

- CORPORATE TRAINER, Oxford Associates, Beijing and Shanghai
If you are looking to further your career in China, would like exposure to large multinational companies, or would simply like the opportunity to live in Beijing or Shanghai, Oxford Associates could be an excellent option for you.
Our trainers come from a variety of career backgrounds but share a common passion for training and a keen understanding of how to achieve training goals. Classes are generally held on-site on weekday afternoons and evenings, although times vary depending on the client’s needs.

The Library Project donates books and libraries to under-financed schools and orphanages in the developing world. We believe education is the key motivator to breaking the cycle of poverty that exists in the developing world. As we see it, education is change.
